Our Acquisition Criteria

We are good stewards of our properties because we love real estate. We desire to have a positive impact within neighborhoods where we have a presence. Our first acquisition criteria is that we must like the property and its surrounding neighborhood.

We use rigorous, in-depth analysis in underwriting our deals. For due diligence, we follow a standardized decision-making process. Prior to closing, we spend significant time and effort developing a robust risk management plan. We maintain a strong balance sheet behind all assets under management.

At this time, we are focused on acquiring commercial real estate within the Memphis MSA and surrounding region, but we will consider commercial properties in growth MSAs in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kentucky.
